"You don't have time to be timid. You must be bold and daring." — Lumière, Beauty and the Beast

As I sit here in the mousekateria, knowing I'm about to get totally lost in the utildors, I have found myself free to write a little bit about my last week of training. All I can say is wow. I feel like I have learned so much and yet nothing all at the same time. Have karli and Kathleen taught me all I really need to know to be the best attendant I can be? I have been so overwhelmed by my training week that I'm not even sure where I should start. For example, I got sent home on day 1 of on site training because my hair wasn't in Disney look. To say I was devastated would be an understatement for sure. I've come to like my new dark hair but, I certainly hated it for the first few days. My home park is Magic Kingdom but we were all required to attend training at Epcot. I got to work with Pluto as my very first character! My heart fell so in love with my job in just a matter of seconds. As I continued to work with characters, such as Baloo, Pinocchio, Gideon, and Captain Hook/Mr. Smee, I of course ran into difficulties, but continued to love my job even more! Today is my first alone work day where I will be working with Tinkerbell! I am scared out of my mind but, excited to get stared! I know that I have been so blessed beyond measures. This week I will have core plus training so I hope that by the time I have my next alone shift I will feel better prepared but for a five hour shift I think I can handle the day! I look forward to the next two days where I will have two days off and will hopefully get the change to really jump into the parks! I haven't particularly had the time yet to do that so hopefully this will be my chance! Over all I am so grateful to be here and know that Heavenly Father has blessed me from the very beginning with every step of this programs process! I can't wait to see where my efforts take me from here! Wish me luck! I'm headed in!

"Who says we have to grow up?- Walt Disney

I feel like I have so much to say even tho I just got here 2 days ago! For starters I have been so blessed to be able to live with all 6 of the girls that I was hoping to room with! Emily H., EmilyE., Katelyn, Alexa, and Whitney are the cutest and most fun girls and I can't wait to get to know them more! So far we have had so much fun together and I can't help but think that this is just the start! We live in Patterson Court which is all new for me! It is a really nice apartment and I really can't complain! We live on the second floor right across from laundry and our balcony overlooks the pool!

I arrived late on Sunday night where Sydney picked me up and we went to the Pop Century resort (to be reviewed later) where we did her laundry and met Alexa! We rested and then woke up early to eat at the Grand Cafe at the Grand Floridan (to be reviewed later). We then went to Cast connections and then picked up Alexa to get a treat at Port Orleans French Quarter (to be reviewed later). In case you haven't noticed we love treats! We then had church and met Whitney! We ordered a Pizza from Pop Century and just got to know each other! I love these girls already! My friend Chloe came much later that night (her flight was delayed) and then the next day we packed up the cars and headed to Old Key West to eat at Olivia's Cafe (to be reviewed later)! Then headed for Check in! The rest of the night consisted of Walmart trips and naps for just about everyone! We traveled to Disney Springs for dinner at Bongos Cuban Cafe (to be reviewed later) and then came home and went to bed!

Yesterday consisted of Casting for me and more trips to Walmart/Target. Casting let me know that because it hasn't been 6 months since my last time at Disney I wouldn't be attending Traditions (a welcome class). I was a little disappointed because it really is an awesome class but it'll be nice to relax for an extra day before my real work begins on Sunday!

Today I had a housing meeting and helped Sydney (who had a relocation) move to her new apartment and now I am just waiting for the girls to get ready so we can go resort hopping together! Tomorrow we plan to go to the beach!

The Group of us at Bongos!

Amy came to dinner at Bongos! It was so nice to see her again!! She is working at the front of Magic Kingdom doing strollers!

Packing a small convertible bug is no easy task!
